1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your eyewear, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Custom prescription lenses may be subject to a restocking fee
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@paireyewear.pk or call +92 300 1234567
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email within 3 business days of receiving your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- JazzCash refunds will be credited to your JazzCash wallet
- EasyPaisa refunds will be credited to your EasyPaisa account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, color, or size:
- Follow the same return process as above
- Indicate your preferred exchange item when contacting customer service
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued including shipping costs
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your payment account again after 5-7 business days
- Contact your payment provider (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) as processing times may vary
- If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance
